We are a cleaning start up and our goal is to make our customers' lives easier by taking on their cleaning and laundry. We provide services to short term rental properties, like Airbnb, residential properties and Commerical properties. The foundation of our core values are customers, cleaners, and our community. Our values are very important to us and we are really looking for people who have values aligned to the type of services that we offer our clients.
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, enjoy cleaning and can uphold the 3 C's. A customer calls or email in to cancel their recurring cleaning service because their last service was less than satisfactory. The customer says she received good service initially, but with the last couple of visits, the quality has been slipping. How do you handle this?
